melatonin against sleeping problems
At first, I lay awake a long time from 3 hours, then I fell asleep, woke up again and so now I'm so tired that I no longer lie awake for so long, but not really asleep. I roll up to 7 or 8 hours back and forth and then get up. I always sleep very briefly again. I am extremely tired in the morning then that I can hardly get out of bed but longer sleep brings me also nothing.
I used to always slept through at least 10h on weekends, it could be 12th 2 years ago our daughter was born, I breastfed and was therefore frequently at night awake. I realize that I have a lighter sleep since she is there. It all started but I think I've only taken about 1.5 years ago due to very strong back pain at night to sleep on a painkiller. Waned as the action against 4h has been awake and then I was in pain, could not sleep accordingly. Meanwhile, I am going to the chiropractor and got a new mattress, back pain, I run out. It seems to me, however, that solidifies this sleep behavior.
I have received from the GP 2 tablets, one thing I do not remember exactly, it was something with Zop ... then I got mirtazapine. The neurologist has me? Nitrazepan? prescribed. None of the drugs could cause me to sleep through. I was at the same time awake, it only took me quickly brought back to sleep. I was the rst of the morning sleep but just patched. During the day I had nothing left to use it. I then decided to take no more and the neurologist could not even help me. He gave me the tablets and an information sheet on which it was, as they do not drink coffee, etc, they do not eat heavy, they do not look at the clock (which I'm only now and again) upset, they did not so I had I expected more of the time and these things we had been talking too ticked off.
